During Fair Trade fortnight, the whole school participated in a wide range of activities to raise awareness around the school. It was called 'Stick with Foncho'. We had Fair Trade smoothies, banana loaf and the Fair Trade group oraganised this.
We also asked parents and guardians to sign a petition to help the banana farmers.
The Primary 1-3 pupils are also taking part in a design a banana character competition and P4-7 are creating an acrostic poem about Foncho!
At this big event there were people from the newspaper, taking our photographs and talking to the children about Fair Trade.
